Atlanta, Georgia, has fast become a southern mecca for craft beer. A number of these microbreweries in The A announced plans for expansions heading into 2018. These include:
Arches Brewing
- Growth of canning production – In 2018, Arches will install a new canning line and plans to can several additional beer selections, including Five Week Sail and Mexican Empire
- Additions to brewery experience – Arches will launch several tasting room programming offerings to enhance brewery visits, including:
- Beer flights and “Flights & Bites” series
- In-house charcuterie boards in collaboration with In Demand Cheese and The Spotted Trotter
- A Night with the Artist music and art series
Reformation Brewery
- Expansion – In spring 2018, Reformation Brewery will open its second location in the heart of downtown Woodstock. The new location will feature a separate research-and-development facility as well as an outdoor green space for socializing. The brewery also plans to debut new beer selections including limited-release beers like Sabine, a French Saison and a Barrel-aged Jude
Steady Hand Beer Co.
- Opening a brick-and-mortar taproom and production facility in early 2018 nearby the burgeoning BeltLine Westside Trail
