RNDC Michigan Releases Update on Delivery Delay

A month after Republic National Distributing Company Michigan took the extreme step of requesting a pause in deliveries amidst mounting delays, Region President has released an update:

“RNDC is making major strides in returning delivery to normal status in Michigan, even with the high volumes of the holiday season.

This week we expect to have on-time delivery for about half the state, and be only one day behind normal delivery schedules for the rest of our customers. Plans now call for on-time delivery the week of Monday, December 9.

Retailers looking for expected delivery dates can visit liquorstatus.com.

We also are moving quickly to be fully up-to-date with our accounting for the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.

We have no doubt that our new state-of-the-art Michigan facility will pay major dividends for all in coming months, ensuring retailers all over the state, small and large, will get the high levels of service that RNDC has delivered in Michigan for years. But we will not be satisfied until we return to our usual high level of on-time, fully-provisioned deliveries, which we are driving toward quickly.”
