RNDC Makes Leadership Appointments

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) has announced two new leadership appointments.

RNDC has named Andy Quarm Executive Vice President of RNDC Colorado, and Randy Hecklinski Executive Vice President of NDC Georgia.

“RNDC’s growth is made possible because of the great talent in our company and in the industry,” says Bob Hendrickson, RNDC COO. “Andy Quarm and Randy Hecklinski will provide vital leadership and strategy to our operations in Colorado and Georgia.”

Quarm graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1996, and started his career path with RNDC as a sales representative in May 2004. He progressed his career to a district manager, area manager, and then served as a division manager for Maryland’s largest retail sales division from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, he served as the Vice President, Marketing. In 2017 Quarm relocated to Colorado to serve as Vice President, Sales.

Quarm will be based in Denver, Colorado.

“Andrew’s experience with RNDC in both Sales and Finance has set him up for success in his new role,” says RNDC Region President Taylor Sommer. “He embodies the RNDC core values of accountability, customer-focus, honesty, professionalism and family. I am very excited and proud to have Andrew leading the RNDC team in Colorado.”

Hecklinski joins the NDC family after a career in other sectors of the beverage alcohol industry. Over the last several years, he has worked with Trinchero, Constellation and Pernod Ricard. Prior to his supplier experience, Hecklinski was with Gallo and had work experiences at Romano Brothers and Monarch Beverage. He will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.

“Randy brings a solid foundation of training and experience from both the distributor and supplier tiers of our industry,” says RNDC Region President Mark Moser said. “His knowledge and perspective will bring new insights and opportunities to our team in Georgia and his management style is a great fit with our company. We are excited and fortunate to have him on our team.”
