AriensCo Acquires AS-Motor

AriensCo, the manufacturer of Ariens, Gravely and other equipment brands, has acquired AS-Motor.

Based in Germany, AS-Motor is a manufacturer of professional mowing solutions for high grass and slopes. The company’s products are sold through 300 dealers in Germany, through more than 100 dealers in France and through distributors throughout the rest of Europe and the world. Its website lists a U.S. office in West Palm Beach, Florida.
