Rotary 2022 Catalog Features Copperhead Vortex Trimmer Line, Mower Blades

The 2022 edition of the Rotary catalog for servicing dealers and distributors features the company’s Vortex Trimmer Line and other commercial-grade lines, plus its premium-grade steel Copperhead Mower Blades.

Rotary’s Copperhead Vortex Trimmer Line is a twisted, aerodynamic line comprised from proprietary nylon raw materials and is engineered to produce more cutting power at impact with less drag and reduced vibration. Vortex Line has superior tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and requires less operating power, states the company.

Other features include:

  • Full mass line;
  • Significant improvement in energy efficiency;
  • Up to 50% noise reduction in larger diameter lines;
  • Increased RPMs allows use of larger diameter lines; and
  • Optimum performance in hot, cold, dry or wet conditions.

Vortex Trimmer Line is available in a wide assortment of loops, donuts or spools, Copperhead Vortex Line ranges in diameter from .080-in. to .170-in. Rotary also has a wide assortment of other commercial-grade trimmer line including diamond cut, quad-tex, premium quad and precut varieties.

In addition, Rotary offers an assortment of fast loading trimmer heads, replacement spools, covers, throttle controls, housing and cam assemblies. Popular commercial trimmer systems with professional bump-n-feed heads are available for easy line advancing and dual line indexing with durable nylon construction and a large-capacity spool for easy release, the company reports.

The 2022 catalog also features an extensive line of commercial-strength mower blades, including its Copperhead Mower Blades – flat, high-lift, low-lift and mulching models. Manufactured at Rotary’s facility in Georgia, the blades are made of premium-grade American steel that is heat treated and tempered for uniform hardness then formed, balanced and precision-sharpened for a cleaner, finer cut.

Copperhead mulching blades require less power to drive the blade while reducing vibration to prevent pre-mature engine wear. The airlift design increases particle retention under the deck for improved mulching and uniform distribution. Available for practically any brand, Rotary blades exceed all OEM standards for operation and are ISO certified, states Rotary.

Rotary’s mower blades are highlighted in a special 150-page section of the company’s 2022 parts catalog for servicing dealers and distributors. Blades are featured with photos, illustrations and descriptions plus a specifications chart with OEM number, length, center hole diameter, width and steel thickness. Additional items such as blade adapters, bolts, washers and bushings are also included.
