Keyser Retires from ADD Systems; Katsigiannis Named to Lead Customer Support, Hardware Ops

Roger Keyser, vice president of customer support and hardware operations, has retired after nearly 40 years with Advanced Digital Data, a supplier of software solutions to the convenience store and energy distribution industries based in Flanders, N.J.

Roger joined ADD Systems in 1982, only nine years after the company’s start. He went from being the only trainer on the road to overseeing ADD’s complete customer support process, including hardware operations. Roger was integral in the formation of ADD’s support teams and responsible for forging a well-run, always-improving team that puts the customer first and gets the job done right.

Bruce C. Bott, ADD Systems’ president, shared that “Roger has done an amazing job over the past 39 years. ADD customers and ADD employees have truly benefited from his expertise and his guidance. He’s done an equally phenomenal job preparing his department and all of ADD for his departure. He will be missed.”

Andy Katsigiannis has been named director of customer support and hardware operations. Katsigiannis joined ADD Systems in 2002 as a member of the IT department before transitioning to manager of that department in 2014. In his new role, Katsigiannis will take on the responsibility of overseeing the complete support process, including both hardware and software.

Rob Culbertson, senior vice president and COO, shared that, “Andy has been a valuable member of the ADD management team for many years and has proven his capabilities to not only lead a team but also to provide our clients with the highest level of satisfaction.” Katsigiannis, looking forward to his new position, said, “I’m excited to take on this new role. The support group is full of great people, and, as a team, we’ll take this opportunity to think outside the box and continue to improve our quality of service.”
