Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Overview: The Asst. Manager is a key leader position in the distribution and operations organization reporting directly to the Night Manager. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as knowledge of warehouse operations to include inventory control, shipping and receiving operations in a Direct Sales organization. Preference for warehouse automation experience and union environment is a plus but not required. Asst. Manager directs the night to night aspects of operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service from the warehouse to customers while improving productivity through continuous improvement in fill rate, throughput and cost. |
