In-person events suffered extensively this past year due to the quarantine, leaving everyone wondering what the future of conferences holds for us. Although we quickly learned that many aspects could be effectively done virtually, some even better than before, those key face-to-face networking opportunities from in-person events were missing. This year EPG Marketing and Engagement Solutions is taking the advantages of both digitally and physically connecting into our 2021 events, creating a hybrid that extends reach yet continues to facilitate in-person connections.

This June attendees and sponsors of the Beverage Alcohol Retailers Conference in Austin will be witnessing this hybrid in action. BARC is the only national off-premise beverage retailer event in the alcohol industry. One advantage of EPG conferences is that they target a very niche audience, making them smaller and more intimate by default. At this event, only off-premise liquor store decision makers will be in-person along with any sponsors who choose to attend, while others will have the opportunity to view content and select sessions virtually. This way EPG will create rich content, drive engagement, and connect specialty industries in a safe yet intimate setting, bringing the best of in-person and virtual interaction for the benefit of all our attendees.
